Payments and Refunds

Payment Terms
Payment is due upon ordering. 

Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are subject to the Company’s refund policy. Cancellations for standard boards must be made at least 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund and 48 hours in advance to receive a 50% refund.

Custom orders and all catering events have different cancellation terms. Please reach out for details. Standard is 14 business days' notice to receive 50% of your deposit back. If you cancel outside of this, you will not get your deposit refunded. We are happy to issue a full refund if cancellation is made 21 business days in advance. 

Health and Safety

Food Safety
The Company adheres to all applicable food safety regulations to ensure that products are safe for consumption. However, customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should inform the Company prior to placing an order.

Storage and Handling
Customers are responsible for proper storage and handling of the products upon receipt to ensure their quality and safety.

Liability and Indemnity

Limitation of Liability
The Company’s liability for any claims related to the products or services is limited to the value of the products purchased. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Customer’s use of the products or services.
